Sourced from Skyline Vineyard in Idaho’s Snake River Valley, the 2024 Reverie Riesling was picked on September 24th and underwent a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. To bring added texture and aromatic complexity, 15% of the fruit was fermented on skins. The components were blended prior to bottling to highlight both the crisp energy of the tank-fermented portion and the depth from skin contact.
